Nanny Placement Process:Our nannies go through an extensive interview process. Each nanny must complete an eight page personal profile as part of the pre-screening process. Each nannies profile provides us with not only basic information on the candidate but also gives us better understanding as to what the nanny is like on a personal level. Personal and Employment references are then checked and work history will then be verified. Based on this information, if a family expresses interest on a certain individual, the comprehensive background check will be conducted. If all goes well, the nanny will then be ready to meet with a selected family.
Family Placement Process:The placement process begins with a telephone interview. After the initial telephone conversation, the family will provide us with information on their desired needs. Based on the information provided to us we will then select candidates who we strongly feel may be a fit for your family. After the family has reviewed the nannies information, interviews with the candidates may then be set up. Permanent Live In $1800.00
Permanent Full Time Live Out $1500.00
Permanent Part time (3 month term or longer) $800.00
Summer Only $1000.00
Daily Fee $25.00/day
Express Service (Less than 1 full business day notice) Addt'l $15
Overnight Service $50.00/Night
Cancellation Fees (less than 1 full business days notice) $25.00/day
Refund Policy
We guarantee all nannies for the first 30 days effective on the start date of employment. Meaning, if the employee should resign or is discharged for any reason and fails to remain in position within the 30 day period, we will reduce our fee to 25% of the placement fee . If the fee has been paid, the placement fee less 25% will be refunded or if the employer chooses, we will at no charge attempt to find a replacement nanny for the family.
